Happen Stock's Return Policy
Returns Must Be Authorized for Approval . We must be notified of your intention to return a product via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days after you receive the product.
Please include your order number when contacting us regarding a return. At that time, Happen Stock Customer Support will electronically send you a form to complete and include in the box with your return. This form will also include our return shipping address.
Items returned without Return Merchandise Approval will likely not be eligible for a refund.
Our Strict Return Policy
Happen Stock does have a strict return policy. We do this to keep overall costs of toys and games lower for all customers. Please see below for details.
Wrong Item Received
If your reason for return is due to an error of ours, we will accept full responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the return shipping cost. You can choose to have a replacement item sent or request a full refund. Please print and fill out the return form sent to you by Happen Stock Customer Support.
If the return is NOT due to an error of ours, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs of returning the item back to Happen Stock. The initial shipping cost to the buyer will NOT be refunded. See below for additional information.
Returning New Items
Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. That includes the cost of shipping the product to you and your cost of shipping the product back to Happen Stock. Additionally, a re-stocking fee of 10% of the item cost will be deducted from your refund. The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION to receive this 90% item refund. An additional 10%(totaling 20%) restocking fee will be charged on items purchased between Dec. 5 and Dec. 25. if they are returned.
Returning Opened Items
Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. If the item's factory seal is broken, you will NOT receive a full refund. If the item is NOT in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION, you will receive at MOST a 50% refund of the purchase price.
Packages automatically returned to us by shipping carriers marked as Refused, Undeliverable, etc., are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, any additional return shipping costs will be taken out of your refund. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, you are responsible for delivery errors. Happen Stock has no way to verify that an address is correct on the checkout pages. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the correct address is entered.
Damaged or lost item claims may take longer to resolve in cases where claims need to be filed with the Shipping Carrier
All return fees apply even if returning late packages.
Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of Happen Stock receiving the returned product. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued. Please review the details of refund amounts mentioned in the above sections.
Please pack your returns carefully. If items are damaged in return transit, you are responsible for these damages and filing these claims with the carrier. Damaged items will only be eligible for a partial refund.
